I phoned to complain about pampers active baby nappies. I bought a pack of 74 nappies and every single one of them had little crystals in them. These crystals were rock hard and hurt my babies bum. The nappies also did not absorb as well and I had to change him every 2 hours. The costumer service lady said it is a normal occurance and basically that I have to just deal with it. Said that the size of the nappy was the problem. My child weighs 11kg and we on size 4 which is 9-20kg. I have never had a problem, but now it HAS to be ME?!?
