Poor service

Adding to my report of 28/11. I eventually received a call from Woolworths Westgate (from Maggie) to say that the product does not come in a chocolate brown - this after a month's wait and after Westgate (Mando) order this item twice from Eastgate Branch. Highly disappointing service.
