Misleading Advertising

I received an sms from Homemark stating that I qualified for a Milk Frother and all I had to do is phone them and quote reference number. Although they state P&P excluded they do not allow collections. Now the P&P quoted was R130.00 which had to be deposited into their account before item would be sent. I find this false advertising or entrapment. I am sure the P&P far exceeds the value of the item. Surely if you win or qualify for a prize then the supplier should ensure you receive it.
