I read the Homemark strict return policy, so I know there is no point in trying to return the pillows that I bought for my family, but I would just like Homemark to know that their advertising is incredibly false... the pillow does not ease snoring at all and is extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, I don't believe that it helps to align your spine when you sleep on your side, since I've been getting neck pain sleeping on it. I really regret buying this product and will make sure not to buy a Homemark product again! Other than that the service at the store was great, nothing to complain about there.
