No service pertaining to my phone

I went to Cell C at Centurion Mall on the 25/05/2013 as my phone was on the 24/05/2013. with all that had already been done from my side i had to fill in an incident report and was advised that it can take up to 2 weeks to get a response. the sales person then gave me an upgrade for which i was due as well as cancelling my husband contract with vodacom and taking 1 for him with Cell C as well. So today i thought I'll give them a call to hear how far they are as i have not received any feedback after i was in the store on 25/05/2013. (no reference number nothing) when i phoned today i spoke to the store manager who advised there was no submission of any incident reports of my phone and the consultant who assisted us is now on leave & they cannot get hold of him. How convenient!!! now i have to fill in the same form again resend it and then yet again wait for any feedback if m going to receive any? the manager then advised after i asked how long does this process take "O, he is sorry he cannot confirm." where to I replied don't you guys work with this situation on a daily basis. he then quickly changed his story and said it takes 3-7 working days. It has now been 10!!
