I placed an order with Spree on 8 October. The goods were delivered without a hitch. The problem came in when I tried to take advantage of their 30 day free return policy. I requested a return immediately upon receiving the goods. It took them over a week to even collect the goods, after I had to contact their support to remind them. They finally acknowledged the return on 25 October.By 30 October I had not yet received my refund, and mailed to query this. I received a reply saying that my query had been solved and the money returned on 29 October. I have yet to see this money 7 days later. Avoid shopping at this site at all costs.
