I thought it was resolved, but seemingly not

I advertise my book on their website, and recently it reported "Sold Out" when there was in fact 50 books in stock. I reported this web error via their internal email and call centre over 3 weeks without any action. Only when I reported it on Hello Peter, did I get a speedy response.
The problem has reared its head again, with my book having a big sign against it "Out of Stock", although in tiny letters under it, it does say that 1 copy is available.
ITS VERY CONFUSING! No wonder I have not had any sales!
