About a month ago i paid for the exchange of a king koil base and mattress, i'm still awaiting delivery.
Bravo, insisted that the payment be done in order for the exchange to take place and yet i'm still waiting, i've logged a number of complaints with furniture city customer care who insisted that they would deliver soon, i still await.
this is really unacceptable!!
