No call back 7 days later from Edgars

Edgars has the option to purchase gift cards online, which I did in June 2013, prior to this my account balance was zero. They accepted the voucher and provided it to my brother. I then made payments on the account after that. On the 28th September I purchased another voucher, only this time when my brother went to collect it, they stated that it was.
It is now Friday and they have made empty promises and I have still not been called back. Each time my brother calls them they say, Yes the guy will contact you as he is handling this. They even and said that the reason they blocked the account is because I called them and said that I was not working, please stop passing the buck. I want a copy of that recorded conversation, as I did not phone you guys.
1. when the first voucher was purchased why did you not call so that you could confirm.2. Payments were made on the account.3. I have emailed your webmaster several times, to find out why my payments are not reflecting. Clearly the guy responsible is actually not responsible, can you do your job and stop lying and call me.
