Game at Cresta has left a very terrible taste in my mouth. The following events happened on Saturday, 26th October 2013:
- No trolleys available because they were 'too busy' according to security
- Pillows were ripped open from protective casing and thrown onto the floor
- Wait of over 15 minutes to pay, just 2 other people in front of me. No other queue was moving
- Cashier made me unload the trolley, scan the items, and reload the trolley; but the till was not working and it had to be redone
- Charged twice for an item that was not in my trolley and that I did not receive
- The returns desk could not return my money in cash and offered a voucher as I had used a debit card
What I would like done:
- Confirmation that cashier training has taken place after two incidents by the same cashier
- Confirmations on plans as well as dates for what will be done to alleviate the queues
- An explanation of why a refund cannot be issued
