Replaced a wooden back door with an aluminium backdoor. A quote was received on 3 September, an 80% deposit is required. No feedback/follow-up of when the work will be done for a month! The door has only been installed around the 15th of October after obtaining the owner, Lambert's cell number from someone else as the admin staff blocked me to speak to him directly.
Finally installed, damaged was caused to the plaster outside the backdoor where the woodenpanels were broken out to fix the aliminium frame. No apology, no we will fix it, no nothing - just a call to pay the balance. Which I refused to do. Am convinced that the when I spoke to Lambert he had put his cellphone down next to him whilest I was talking to him, i.e. not listning and not answering any questions.
Subsequantly I had the plaster work fixed and substracted this amount from the balance owed.
The co operation, supplying and service received from these people are shocking. Cannot understand how they are still in business - they probably don't take any pride in their work as they mainly supply to builders/developers. Absolutely shocking and they don't come cheap!
