On the 17th october i have called 16 times looking to speak to someone who can help me to get my paid up letter for Edgars Account and i couldn't be helped, but kept on hold for more than 5min in each call i made and got hold of consultant who helped me and she promise to send me the letter via email and she never did until now.

And i wanted it urgently as they listed me on ITC and i settled the amount long ago and they never removed my name even though i paid them in full.
