I phoned a few retail chains to find out about a specific product. Zohab was far and away the most efficient response I got. He not only phoned all the Pick n Pays in my area to check for stock, but when none of them had any he even asked if they knew where to get it. He eventually came back to me with a phone number that he got from one of the stores for a little spice shop close to their branch that stocks speciality items. It is this kind of service that keeps customers loyal. Very impressed. Keep up the excellent work.
