As usual no stock on shelves. I received a raincheck for 4 x 1kg Floro Light Tub on the 13 April 2013.The Public Relations Manager stated that I would definetly be called. I stated to her that this will not happen, as I have had several experiences of not being contacted and since do even worry about taking a rain check, as per the Pick and Pay brand philosophy. To date I have not been contacted and visited the store several times thereafter to chat to a rep. I still have the rain check receipt. The staff have even complained that nobody calls back on rain check customers to advise that the stocks have arrived. Why bother in the first place Pick and Pay? Plenty of other stores to purchase from, in fact I purchased same items a rand each less from Checkers.*Same holds true for the Pick and Pay Village Market store in Westville.
