I pre ordered a cd on [URL Removed] on the 2nd of October which was supposed to be available on the 11th. since then every day when I log in to check on the status the delivery day just keeps on moving a day forward.
When I inquired after more than a week I was told there was no stock of the cd. After yet again phoning for the 3rd time on Friday the 25th of October I was again told there was no stock. the only person who actually tried to help me was a lady named Sinoza in the call centre.
To date I have not received a single SMS, e-mail or phone call to explain to me why there is no delivery. IF I cancel my order now, I will then have to wait more than 7 working days to get my money back.
This is the first time I have ever purchased anything through [URL Removed] and it is most certainly the LAST.
Shocking service.
