The "acting manager" was rude and arrogant. I could not believe her attitude, when I asked to see the manager and she said she was, I was absolutely shocked. She was an embarrassment to Edcon.a polite explanation would have been perfect, explaining the problem they were experiencing with their systems and providing us with possible solutions, she raises her voice that the whole store stopped and stared. This was by far the worst service I have received in a long time. So from a full basket of clothes I walked out with one pair of pumps, and because I work everyday must now wait until next week to get my stuff. I would have been absolutely okay with the other solutions but her arrogant and condescending attitude spoilt my whole Sunday and image of your store. I am disgusted by this so-call-managers attitude.
