On the 3rd April, i bought a yoghurt @pnp southgatewhich expired on the same day and was not aware became aware only at home when I was about to eat it, the next day I called pnp customer care and was told that the store manager will call me. Maria (store manager) called me a day after and I explained to her what my problem was, and I stood long in the queue while the managers just sat and did nothing about it, she in turn with a very high and rude tone of voice saying I must have my facts straight, and not accuse her managers. on 8/4/2013 a guy by the name of DAvid came to my work place wearing PNP uniform and brought a licking yogurt and and I told him that it was licking and he denied it and wiped it with his fingers (Sies!!) and I refused to take it due to that reason.
I'm disgusted about this service and attitude of the manager, I spent lot of money each month at PNP for my monhtly groceries and I surely do not deserve this kind of treatment and also I believe in this store so much hence I called their customer service but things turn to be worse.
