I needed to purchase a text book for my Studies. After a week or two my account showed no payment received and order is cancelled whilst i did an EFT immediately after ordering the text book to their "New Bank Account Details". I logged a call in September 2013 for the refund and was told 3 - 5 working days. Waited 3 - 5 working days but no credit reflected on my account. Its a month and still no REFUND has been received. Redoor Williams advised me they are experiencing problems on the 18/10/2013 and Wadia today at 11h15 or so advised me that it was authorised 27/09/2013 but nothing was showing on my account. She was very helpful and told me that she will come back to me as soon as she gets feedback from their administration office. I WANT AND NEED THIS MATTER TO BE RESOLVED TODAY AND THE MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT BY END OF BUSINESS TODAY...
