Bad service

I bought a pack of thigh pieces from the Checkers at Horizon view complex. Only to get home and found out that they are rotten with a bad smell.

I drove back to the store to return them and the lady who helped me didn't even apologize for this .. I had to ask her if she knows the reason why I was returning the meat she just said " I can smell it"... She just told me to wait for her and she refunded me the money

For me that's bad service, I had to drive all the way back to the store and no one acknowledged the problem and even bother to apologize just to show empathy..

I won't be buying any meat from any Checkers ..
