I placed this order on Monday morning. I then spoke to one of your operators online yesterday as I have seen no change in status since you received my payment and was told I would be called and I was later on.
I was offered a refund on the item I purchased which you had in stock and was told that your shipment was on hold due to exchange rate. What I don't understand is how you could of had it in stock then?
I told whoever phoned me yesterday that I would still like my order rather than a refund. He said it might take a little while to get my order but would not give me an exact date.
I suspect that you are holding back your delivery of the items I purchased in the hopes that I would rather take a refund because the exchange rate didn't fall in your favour. In that case your business ethics are poor.
Please can I have an update on the expected delivery date for my order as you are already falling out of the guidelines mentioned on your website.
I received this several hours later:
the Status of your Order No. 90010XXX has been changed.
New Status is:: Confirmed - On Back Order
This is disgusting service at best... Beware!!!
