I went to the store on the 08/10/13 to purchase an item they then had a problem processing my purchase as the system was down so I tried again to be told I have insufficient fund. I then continued the purchase on my fianc? s account which went through. I later phoned the call centre to find out why I had insufficient funds only to find out the trans action went through on my account as well as my fianc? s. I then went to the store as I was instructed to do by the call centre operator to sort out the problem, only to be told they cannot reverse the charges on my fianc? s account as she has to be present. she then went the following day to the store and waited for 2 hours for them to solve it and then told her to phone in 2 days. we waited and called only to be told nothing had been done as the paper work was lost, then told to phone again in another 2 day. so we did and still nothing has been done. this is 2 weeks try to solve a simple reversal on an account please assist with more some sort of selution as we are not going to pay the accounts until it has been resolved. thank you
