My fianc?? ' bought a pair of (grey) trousers from YDE. There was nothing wrong with them when she bought it, but afterwards she washed it with other grey clothes and there was small fluorescent pink spots on some areas of the pants. We never got the call or voice message and my Fianc?? 's called on the Monday to find out what the manger said or if she can speak to the manager which was not available. the person just said that the manager said that there was nothing wrong with the material so we cannot exchange or get credit for it. We got there and the manager was there, we waited for about 10 min before she found the bag that we left there and looked confused, in other words did not follow up once if the situation was resolved or phoned us. she said that she made the decision and will not ask her manager if she can fix the situation. I told her that we are not there to get a freebee, my fianc?? ' spends a lot of money at YDE and has a account which we closed that same day. when we closed the account at the same time, the manager just left and went on with her work, did not try to fix anything or apologise, the manager did not even say goodbye went we left and passed her!!
