I must say I'm quit disappointed in [URL Removed] They changed there delivery method to door to door deliveries with out letting me know. Then when you send them a mail they just said there is nothing they can do about it I need to contact the courier company. And when I do phone them my parcel is not even on there systems so I'm not sure who is sleeping.
It was great when they us to send it to the post office where I could collect from them. Know I'm not even sure if I will get my parcel at all this time because there is no one at home during the day only after 16:15.
So I hope they will sort out the problem urgently.
