Card Blocked after providing FICA details 3 times

My card has been blocked due to me not providing proof of identification and proof of address (which I provide at one branch twice and another branch once). My initials are wrong, which were supposed to be corrected when my ID was provided. I even spoke to someone at the telephone number quoted on the statement, I was promised that it would be fixed, it's still wrong. I sent an email to [Email Removed] stating clearly that I wanted someone senior to reply to my email. A week has passed, no reply.

I don't owe anything on this account, except for the magazine that I'm billed for (which I've also unsuccessfully tried to stop in the past), and further, I'm not really in need of this account. Edgars, if you can't fix a small issue like my name, if you can't capture data effectively at your branches, then what exactly are you in business for (except selling), especially a business that needs to provide customer satisfaction (none provided to me). A quick search for Edgars here on HelloPeter.com will explain my point on customer satisfaction exactly!
