We ordered a DVD Boxset last month, and when it did not arrive on the estimated date, we called to find out what was happening, and eventually got through to Fernando. He was absolutely wondeful, kept his promises of calling back (other agents failed to do so)!
The item we ordered was cancelled by the local supplier and in short Kalahari now had to get it from an international one, however the price was almost double what we originally paid. Kalahari arranged a voucher so that we could order the new item and not pay a cent more than we did originally. Fantastic guys, super duper impressed!
