I ordered a CD for my husband's birthday from Kalahari. Nearly a month later, I called to find out what had happened to the CD and got a total run around, no-one bothered to come back to me or tell me what was happening. I called several times and e-mailed and got pointless responses. Finally, I received an e-mail saying that, at my request, the order had been cancelled! I did not request that the order be cancelled and I called and moaned and was promised feedback. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I have been a Kalahari customer for nearly 12 years, but I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM KALAHARI AGAIN. The total lack of interest was staggering! Teach your staff that customer service is not ignoring your customers!
