In the past I would wait either 10 or 20 minutes for my sales transaction to be processed (either no one was at the tills, or there is only machine that can handle vouchers). I told the manager I will not make use of their service any more. This morning I was in the area on my way for a weekend away and quickly wanted to get swimming wings. It was 8:55 and I was knocking on the door. I was signalled they only open at 9:00. 8:57 someone told me at the door they only open at 9:00, they can not help me now. I left unwilling to spend my money on a shop with such an unaccomodating attitude.
