I bought a fridge at Game Menlyn and it had to be delivered through their branch in Rustenburg, I then discovered that the fridge they delivered has a defect & called them immediately, they then said that they will collect it & deliver a new one but since then they have not collected the defective one and it seems as though they are delaying on purpose so that the seven day period will pass and they can then only have it repaired instead. I don't know if this is how Game treats its customers and at the moment it seems we are off to a bad start, they don't return my calls and when I phone them they tell me that they will deliver it but from there on I'm left sitting and waiting for them to no avail.
