TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO FEEDBACK

I bought a stove for over R9000, it worked for 1 month and now it doesn't heat up at all, i called and logged the complaint with the service dept. on the 1st of October, the technician came but had the wrong address, i called a week later to find out what is happening and he picthed up at my house without letting me know, so no-one was there. he told me he had ordered the parts on the 1st and was waiting for them. i received an sms saying if nothing had happened by the 14th i must call the 0800 number, which i did, the lady told me she would contact the technician and get him to call me, that was the 16th. STILL NO RESPONSE OR FEEDBACK! I KNOW FOR A FACT IT DOESN'T TAKE ALMOST 3 WEEKS TO GET SOMETHING DOWN FROM GAUTENG. I have tried contacting 2 of the managers who haven't answered their phones. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT, I SHOULD HAVE GONE FOR A MORE RELIABLE BRAND.
