Mario the Store Manager at Pick 'n Pay Pavilion really went the extra mile when I called enquiring about chicken pieces that I have been unable to get. So often we are faced with people who give you all the reasons why they CAN'T, instead of finding all the reasons why they CAN - and Mario certainly was testament to that. He listened to my request and then went about making it happen. Went he encountered an obstacle he found a solution.
