Did Truwoths get a new provider to assist with follow-ups on their accounts?
They really are wasting my time, cause embarrassing moments where ever I are because they just keep-on phoning and phoning and f phoning! I pay my account via EFT all these years =- suddenly the last few months they start from the middle of the month and phone me every day - after I've paid - they still phone me every day - the EFT apparently does not show immediately on their system - who's fault is that? Why don't they upgrade their upto system? My account is paid before the 7th of each month - they are really irritating and annoying. Truworts is the only place with this attitude and this type of account management people in SA. I really had it with them. They must ensure to not charge interest on my account because it is paid before it should be paid - I'm going to follow up on the interest charged and there will be to play. My records can be verified and all is paid on the 25th of each month, mostly more than should be paid, twice it was less - just to f mock them because they do not leave me alone. There's no end to the calls.
