I have logged complaints on the Truworths website (twice), FAcebook,
Hello Peter, complaints board forum... I phoned services department seven times in four days - no answer.
On Tuesday 27 may 2014, I paid Rxxxx as per my account statement.
On the 9th of June, I received sms's that my account is in arrears - which I wasn't aware of.
On Friday, Friday 13 June 2014, I paid an additional amount anyway just in case.
How is it possible for my account to be in arears and my statement didn't reflect arrears on 27 thMay?
The Collections Center is still phoning me to inform of the account being in arrears. A consultant eventually phoned me on 27 June just admitting to technical problems but my latest statement for July is still not reflecting all my payments.
Please advise urgently and have a accounts manager contact me. Or provide alternative email address.
