The worst service ever!

I bought a Hi-Sense LCD TV from Cape Gate a year ago, and this week had the tv collected by Hi-Sense, after the salesman told us they have a on site repair or replace guarantee, which made me choose the tv in the first place.
Eventually I had to go back to Hi Fi Corp to find out when I will get my tv back. Hi-Sense then told me I can go pick out another tv. Hi Fi Corp didn't have any Hi-Sense tv's in the same range, so they offered me a Sansui LED tv, for which I had to pay R500 more.
When I unpacked the tv at home, I saw there's no power on/off switch, just a piece of plastic covering the hole where the switch should be. It also had some marks under the protective layer, the hdmi 2nd port didn't work, and some remote buttons also didn't work.
I contacted Hi Fi Corp and told them to send me a replacement, however it had the same problem. I sent it back, and gave them my option of replacement tv, a Samsung, however they phoned me back and said they can't give me that ons, but will give me a bigger Telefunken, even thought both tv's are the same price...?
I told them I don't want Telefunken, and currently am waiting still for a response from them...
