Yesterday (27/7/13) we bought a large piece of biltong at Spar in Hennopspark, it was a piece that was in one of those biltong boxes. When we got home we cut up the biltong and started to eat some of the cut up pieces. It came to our surprise that there where maggots in it. While chewing on a piece a spit it out and immediately i started vomiting. Later that day we took it back, he offered us another piece. Don't know how come he would think we will even consider another piece, gave us a refund and a "sorry about that". Left though i was very angry about was that all he could say?? If i was him i would be so ashamed and would't stop apologising. We left off to Saxby Spar to buy Pizza toppings, one of the ingredient we bought was bacon. When we got home, me still feeling sick to my stomach about my maggots experience i opened the bacon, the smell was worse then i could describe. Well what was i expecting non of the bacon fridges where working. I am very disgusted with Spar!!
