On tuesday the 10th September, I received a sms back after entering Beacon's competition, notifying me that I had won a prize. " Crongratz from Beacon. You, ve won! You'll be contacted in 72hrs to claim your prize! Ref code 174956. Please contact 0860005342 for any queries you may have." After not hearing from any one at Beacon I called their number- I was put through to Bongie she told me that there was a mistake on competition and that the number was wrong, she asked for my name and number and said she would get someone to call or that I should call this number 011 6767702. I phoned 6 times the first day only to sit on a machine telling me my call would get answered soon - no answer - next day I called twice still no answer rings rings and when it answers machine says hold? I phoned their 0860005342 number again and a gentlemen told me Bongie was out, he took my details and sent me a msg saying they apologize and would be contacting me soon. Nothing the next day so I phoned Boongie back who actually became rude telling me that she could do nothing and that I must phone or wait to be called. Its been 1 week today and still Beacon has not contacted me back.
