Firstly, I was dreading going to sort out a "mis-understanding" from Cresta Edgars whom neglected to give me correct details on what I was signing up for, anyways once I found out what I had signed for and they promptly started charging me, I was very upset. To be honest I hate Cresta Edgars, never had a good experience with the staff, usually rude, to a point where they more annoyed with me wanting to try on something 15 mins before they close, and give me hassle about it. Not like I am going to spend 1 h trying on one top and I would of thought they would like a sale, but hey why would Cresta Edgars want my money.
Knowing this, I dragged myself to Edgars to sort out the mess up, I spoke to Manageress Anna Jiana, whom was helpful from the word go! 5 minutes later all sorted and the mess has been reversed! Very impressed and I was speechless. Thank you to Anna and Buyiswa (Cashier) for the great service! Please keep it up, Cresta Edgars needs it!
