I am one of the loyal customers. If its the perception or reality, it works. I love the franchise, i just love the food and for all these years i never thought twice.
This morning just after 11am, i got to Nandos, just felt like eating their chicken. I ordered til i got to the table as i was going to eat there. The supervisor on the floor that i spoke to was Gabriel. In the mean time while waiting for the food i took my drink, wanted to pour it in a glass.i realised that the glass and the cutlery were not clean. I wasnt dramatic about that, just asked Gabriel as he was walking around.he took them and even said the plate is clean.just while i was eating a lady by the name Monica came around and passed a silly comment with a terrible attitude that if people are stressed they also have their stress... she continued speaking my language and am not sure if she was aware that i could hear the language or was performng because just after that her and her friends there in the shop pointed at me saying some thing that i couldnt hear and laughed. Am very dissappointed, i told Gabriel.and am worried its people like these that paint the wrong picture and unfortunately some customers dont know where to go
