I ordered goods online at [URL Removed] and paid by card. The funds were taken from my account, but never acknowledged by kalahari.
I phoned the customer care line and spoke to 3 different people who each promised to come back to me, but never did.
I eventually took to FaceBook with my complaint and and was contacted by someone from their "service team" who asked for a bank statement which i duly sent. She came back to me and said that kalahari did recieve the payment and it would be allocated to my order. That was a week ago, the kalahari website still shows that I haven't paid and my e-mails are being ignored.
As i usually recieve good service from [URL Removed] I am very dissapointed and disheartened by this poor level of service!
