After many years of reliable service I complained about my wishlist getting lost because of Kalahari's new system. Valuable information for example the details of family gifts is stored in my wishlist. Happy to say that when I logged on today, everything is back!
However Kalahari has a record of responding to queries:
- Some months ago I complained because a collector's item on my wishlist is suddenly unavailable. I see Kalahari has added it to stock now.
- Two weeks ago I complained about a delivery that was 2 days late. Response was immediate (Thanks Paul)
- I asked for more info on a product and received the full data per email.
Please continue with such service because it is very scarce and it gives me hope for South Africa.
I placed my biggest order yet today because I trust Kalahari.
