Hi,
I wanna give a compliment to a guy called Phillip who gave us a great service regarding our mirror.
On the 08 December 2012 me and my husband bought a big beautiful mirror at @Home store in Sandton, only to find the mirror chipped on the corner.
My husband then called the manager there to assist with no success, when my husband called last week after waiting forever for respond, he was told the manager who used to work there is no longer in that branch.
But Phillip jumped on a chance to assist us efficiently... the mirrow was delivered the 3rd day and the chipped one was collected with no fees involved.
It only took 3 days for him to resolved and deliver the mirror.
