Best service and great attitude

I met Phillip Sathekge a few years ago whilst he was still based in the Melrose Arch branch of @home. I was greeted with a genuine smile and warm reception. Phillip went out of his way to assist me and help me with decision making and this has not changed with all the subsequent encounter with him. In fact I seldom buy anything if he is not in-store. His product knowledge is on point and always has great advise when I'm in doubt. Over the years he has not changed and I now buy from the Sandton branch because he has now moved there. What struck me most with him is his professionalism, memory and humble nature. He is patient and never rushes instead will give me a sit and ask probing questions to assist me in making a decision. I never feel pushed into buying anything. I have been to numerous @home stores and I can boldly claim that he is the best employee. A true gem within the TFG brand and I would hope that his employer realises this. My credit is maxed though because of Phillip... but I have no regrets as my house looks stunning.
