I went to Edgars last month round about the 23/24 to purchase items. Today I went there again and they told me I can't buy anthing because my card are blocked, my details was not updated on their system. How the must I know that I have to update my details if nobody tells me to do so and is that enough reason to just block the card. What I want to know is why didn't they tell my this last month, it's not even a month ago. It was really a very uncomfortable situation. We have been clients for a very long time and this never happened before. I am very, very upset about this.
