In February this year I bought 2 white sofas in Furniture city and July I noticed the bottom of 1 was yellow. I went to the store to complain and they came to fetch the 1. About 3weeks to a month later they called to tell me I have to pay in some money for the sofa to be fixed because it was partly my fault since a used a detergent when cleaning it.(And this was after they asked me if I used any detergent to clean it and I said yes Yes a little when it was new). I told them I don't have the money and asked for a report and they sent me something that was general listing the possible causes and no specific test was done on my sofa to prove it was really a detergent. I let it go and asked for my sofa back. They returned it on the 29th of August in a very filthy state. I took it and wrote my complaint on the delivery note. And I informed the warehouse and the customer service centre but till today they haven't done anything about it. It's been more than a month now and I haven't got a call, apology or atleast an acknowledgement. I'm grossly disgusted by their service.
