Walks into Lewis Store Claremont 12/10/13 paying an account on behalf of a family member. Who's account is held domicile @ Wynberg Lewis store lower main road, which I have explained 2 the shop assistant. The manner he has spoke 2 me I didn't appreciate. I deal with clients myself on a daily basis and I know proffesionalism. I have made it known to Mafanya I'm paying on behalf of the Customer. Management should instill good people's skills as an audit requirement or workshop. His behaviour was un-acceptable.
