Wanted to gain information about a product for purchase. One staff member kindly showed me who the person was that I should speak to. I waited for roughly 7 minutes while she (woman 34 - 39) was in a conversation with another staff member (male 28 - 32). She was well aware of me waiting for her, but was determined to finish her social conversation with a fellow staff member before helping a Client.
