Extremely Poor Service and Incompetence!!

I changed bank accounts last year and notified RCS of this via their website and online page. I then also advised several consultants who phoned me that my account has changed and then I finally go a call from Carol vd Westhuizen at Collections telling me my account is arrears. I then advised her that I have advised several Call Centre agents that my account details changed and that you guys in fact owe me money for the all the return debits you caused on my old account. She then said the relevant department will investigate and listen to the calls. Now the last time I had contact with her was in November where I once again emailed her to get feedback and she told me that the relevant dept will give her feedback and then 2 MONTHS LATER yesterday I emailed her again and she read my email this morning and once again no feedback. My account still shows R200 in arrears and my credit rating is also now buggered up because of you all. I already completed the Ombudsman application and will submit this on Monday if no response is received by 12:00 on Monday. This is your last chance to sort incompetent staff and service out!
