Dear Mr. Price,
I'm writing to inform you that I had a negative experience with your Customer Service Agent on October 12 and the person who handled my query named Mohammed on contact number 0800 212 535 at 9:15am.
First of all, I bought a Sheet Cover from Mr. Price Home at La Lucia Mall on the 11/10/2013
When I got home, Upon opening it I was very disgusted and horrified!!! The cover looked like it was used before and repacked for sale again!!! It had GREEN DIRTY LIKE MOSS ON IT, HOW DOES MR PRICE HOME SELL SOMETHING SO DIRTY AND DISGUSTING TO CUSTOMERS???
When I spoke to Mohammed, I was told (in a tone that sounded annoyed with the fact that I wanted the issue fixed) that it was easier to take care of it at the Store and replace it for a new one. Why should I waste my petrol and go back to return something that wasn't even my fault in the 1st place??? Had I been another race he would of jumped!!! I couldn't even speak to his Manager???
In addition to this I feel very disappointed with this interaction, why should I the "CUSTORMER" drive back to the Mall at my cost to sort out this situation, I would like a Gesture or something from Mr. Price if I have to go back to the Ma
