Poor service

I am writing to express my concerns about poor service I always experienced at Game in Johannesburg Cnr. Rissik & President St. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I always received extremely poor customer service every time I go to that store. The tellers are slow and the supervisors are worse, you find yourself queuing for almost half an hour in a queue that has only 5 people because the tellers are forever waiting for the supervisors. I have shopped at that branch many times and the service is always the same and getting worse by the day.
