I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident I experienced at the customer call centre. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I received extremely poor customer service last night, which took place on November 20, 2013 at approximately 8:30 p.m regarding disconnection which is unacceptable and extremely poor service I have had in my increasingly desperate attempts to get reconnecting of my DSTV.
The way Katlego handled my call was worse, shocking experience and now I lost hope with the DSTV because they are treating their customer like dirty linen maybe you have many customers. Phone etiquette was terrible and she acted like doing a favour for me, Instead of saying please hold, she just hang on the phone, Nonverbal was worse as I could feel it. She said that the request was done while it wasn't done even Thabang her team leader couldn't assist me. Please refer to phone records
I phone again as my request was not done and wasted my time, money for buying airtime which I will be happy if you refund my money for phoning you DSTV for your own mistakes and poor service.
