Dismal service and staff too lazy to load eBucks

I have just experienced the WORST service from Makro Woodmead - and am so upset by the attitude of the staff that I am loathe to return.

In April this year I chose to do all of my shopping for a new business at Makro Woodmead - this included big ticket items - so the expenditure was quite considerable. I had applied for my eBucks card, but it had not arrived in the post by that stage. I spoke to a manger upfront and he assured me that it would not be a problem, and that I could bring my receipts in to the store, with my eBucks card, after the purchase and my eBucks would be loaded.

I spoke to 9 different staff members today at the store - one passing me off to another - until eventually the gentleman in Returns told me that it would take too much time to load the eBucks and that I must talk to the bank!

Such dismal service and terrible attitude when I was promised that it would not be a problem.
